OUTSIDE PERSONALITY - Ruri is a gruff, cold-hearted, shit-talking punk kid, with a heart of gold. But after a complete mental breakdown leading to a downward spiral of depression, Ruri has finally began the long climb to recovery and to melt the frozen shell around that heart of gold.
IN-RING PERSONALITY - Ruri was initially trained in a modified King’s Road style of wrestling that her father was trained in. However as her overall mental state has declined, she has stopped caring about the wellbeing of herself and others. Her main focus is to afflict as much damage as possible, to make them feel physically the way she does inside. This is done through various suplexes, or wearing her opponents legs down until she can lock in her main submissions.

The lights go out for a moment as a chill crosses the arena, before new music hits the arena. The opening notes of “Red” by Calliope Mori begins to play, as on the screen we see a point of view shot of someone driving alone through a city blanketed by snow, with a blood-red moon looming overhead as the stage is illuminated by a light red tint. A thin smoke fills the stage as snow begins to fall as a spotlight hits the stage. We roadie run up the stage, from the back emerges “The Cold-Hearted Kitsune” RURI KUZUNOHA, who stands in the middle of the spotlight, just letting the snow fall over her, looking out at the crowd, who give Ruri a positive cha

Ruri is clad in black half long, half short tights with a red and gold design, matching top, kneepads and boots; as well as her usual crop sukajan. With her hands in the pockets of her jacket, she looks around at the arena around her and just takes in everything, a look of indifference on her face. Eventually, Ruri starts to slowly walk down the ramp in her usual sultry, yet malicious swagger.
ANNOUNCER
“Entring first/next, from of Culver City, California, weighing in tonight at one hundred and forty-pounds… she is The Cold-Hearted Kitsune… RUUUUUURIIIIIIII KUUUUUZUUUUUNOOOHAAAAA!!!”
Ruri continues down the ramp, maintaining her icy saunter, until she reaches the bottom of the ramp, where she just stops. Ruri once again takes her time to look around the Arena, before continuing. Ruri crosses past the steel ring steps and circles around the ring once over, until reaching the hard camera facing side of the ring.
RED TOMORROW, RED TODAY…
DREAD, SORROW, CAN’T TURN AWAY…
(CAN’T TURN BACK…)
From there, Ruri grabs the bottom rope and she hops up onto the apron before pulling herself up into a seated position balancing on the top rope.
TIME, I'LL ALWAYS BE A PRISONER TO MY AMBITION

BUT HOLD YOUR BREATH, GUESS WHO’S RUNNING THE SHOW?
Ruri looks out at the crowd with a cocky sneer on her face for a couple beats before flipping backwards into the ring.
AND WHEN THIS RED RUNS BLACK I’LL ASK YOU,
WAS I EVERYTHING YOU IMAGINED?
She then moves toward the far corner and climbs up to the ropes, placing her foot on the top turnbuckle.
WHEN THE TIME’S FINALLY UP,
THE SUN’S FALLING DOWN,
I’LL TURN TO STONE AGAIN...
She places her hand over her brow and looks out at the crowd, before letting out a small cocky laugh. She then kicks off the turnbuckle, turning around and dropping to the mat.
